Basically this association is being established in November, 1970 by Shri Sureshbhai Sanghvi for the aim of unity in Profession and to create & exchange the technical & professional knowledge.
Founder president Er. Shri Sureshbhai Sanghvi has given 20 years of his life behind this association.
Again in 1994 this association is being activated by Shri Atulbhai Jani and other active members and till today it is actively working with totally positive & creative attitude as per given below.
ACCE was take active participation or preparation of building bylaws in 1979, again 1980 & 1984.
Once again 1999 ACCE is engaged in preparation & in modifying the building bylaws of Rajkot regarding traffic & parking problems and well development of Rajkot City.
RUDA, RMC, and Urban Development of Gujarat State have taken remarks on suggestion & objections given ACCE which are being prepared by our members and also recognize a representative member from our association for the building bylaws Committee Gujarat State. Constantly active in representation regarding association problems, traffic problems and bylaws problems in RMC & RUDA
